Q:Does ATR Timer work with ATR Personal?
A:ATR Personal Version 7 does not work with any add-ons. In order to use add-ons you need to purchase ATR Professional or Premier.

Q:I get an error: “There are 3 users. Sorry. You have license only for 1 user”.
A:If you are sharing database for 3 users and it seems that you do, the number of licenses for ATR Timer must be the same as number of licenses of ATR Professional or Premier.

Q:I recorded my time using ATR Timer, but I cannot see it in ATR Professional or Premier
A:You should check your Date and Time Properties on your Windows. ATR Timer reads the date and the time from the Windows clock. If you have wrong date set in there, the time will be posted incorrectly.
