Q:I am unable to install ATR Web. Installation is aborted and rolls back.
A:You probably do not have IIS installed. ATR Web requires for you to have IIS to be installed prior. You can find instructions on how to install IIS from here.

Q:Does ATR Web works with SQL Server?
A:Yes, but only ATR Web Premier Version 7 and higher works with SQL Server.

Q:I am running ATR Web on Windows Server 2003 and I get page cannot be displayer error?
A:You need to make sure that you have ASP pages enabled. For details on how to enable ASP pages on Windows 2003, click here.
