Advanced Time Reports 9 provides the following functionality:

 

1.         Serve needs of multiple users working on a signle PC system or from different terminals within your company's local network.

2.         Generate detailed reports on your daily working hours.

3.         Manage your ToDo and Expenses information.

4.         Edit and correct previously added information.

5.         Preview calculations of total working hours, with regard to each day and specific customers.

6.         Print Time Card reports.

7.         Print Project Summary reports.

8.         Print Billing reports.

9.         Upload your working hours report to the server database.

10.         Refresh the list of companies and projects by downloading the latest information from the server database.

11.         Add new clients, projects and tasks.

12.         Import records from PDA devices and synchronize data in local database.

13.         Customize new employee details, server connection details, database location and version parameters and Time Card report layout parameters.
