window to install new database.

option box for upgrade from existing installation.

button to specify location of *.mdb file on your hard drive.

- to click this button to come back on the previous installation screen.

- click this button to continue the installation of the ATRServer.

- to click Cancel button to interrupt the installation of the ATRServer.
