In order to start working with ATR Web's options you will have to open the Preferences form where all program's options can be available from. ATR Web Premier has the possibility to send assignment notifications to users. For that you should fill in and save Mail Preferences in this form.
To open Preferences form, follow the steps below:
Below are the list of options that you can customize using the Preferences form:

Working Hours - to set the Working hours per week (i.e. total number of hours that each employee of the main company is to work out per one week);
In - rounded rule - to set the Number of minutes to be rounded to for the Incoming requests (i.e. the number of minutes to compensate the time spent for processing the incoming requests (i.e. phone calls, visits, e-mails etc.) from clients. Further on, this value is taken into consideration while making calculations of hours for the reports of External type);
Out -rounded rule - to set the Number of minutes to be rounded to for the On-site work (i.e. the number of minutes to compensate the time of travelling to client's place. Further on, this value is taken into consideration while making calculations of hours for the reports of External type); to set the Allow time card editing for X days (i.e. the number of the days before the current date (on Calendar form) that are available for editing on Time Card form);
Edit data - to specify quantity days back and forward to allow time card editing.
Session timout - to specify session timeout in minutes. After timeout period application ask you to relogin and don't allow any actions
Show time - to specify Show last X years (i.e. the number of the previous years before the current year that are available for data preview);
Week starts - to specify starting day of the week (according to regional settings and time format)
Your company - to select Your company (i.e. the name of the company to be displayed both on Calendar form (to calculate the hours spent for the selected company daily) and on Time Card form (to calculate total hours spent for the selected company on the selected day));
Private Client - to select Private client ID (i.e. the name of the company that implies no payment for the time spent by the employees to fulfill its tasks);
Unpaid tasks - It is recommended to select the values _Private and Private for Private ClientID, respectively. In this case it will be employee's private time (for instance, short tea breaks or lunch time), which is not included in paid working time.
Currency - to set the currency of the ATR Web.
In SMTP Server field type the name of the ART Web smtp server.
SMTP Server Time Out - In this field type the value of the Time Out of the SMTP server.
Select checkbox "Log on using Secure Password Authentification (SPA). " if needed
Click on Save button to save new data. New ATR Web preferences will apply when you log in ATR Web system next time.
Header, Footer, Logo and Alignments links - to specify reports and invoices predefined copporate kind

In Header, Footer, Logo and Alignments Form you can select picture,text and alignement of it and enable they are or disable it.
