Working with the Custom Report
Also user has a possibility to create Custom report type with choosing any parameters. This possibility supported by Report options form. This form helps to choose parameters for report Summary, report Details, report Totals and to manage you personal reports type in Report options form.

Here is how to make Custom report:
- Log in as administrator;
- On ATR Web's main form click on Reports command in the command bar. Reports form appears
- In Report Type list select "Custom";
- In Report options form.choose parameters for report Summary, report Details, report Totals and to manage you personal reports type.
- In Date From part select the starting date (i.e. month, year and date) of the reference period;
- In Persons part put check marks against the employees that you want to include in the report;
- Click on Make Report button to make Custom report (or click on Reset button to return to the original settings on the Reports form). The Custom report appears.
Custom Report, Detailed Reports, Summary Report, Time Grid Reports, Billing (Summary and Details), Mileage (Summary and Details), Expenses (Summary and Details)
