Working with the Detailed Reports
Detailed report provides information on the working hours that selected employees spent for various client projects as regards every day of the week that includes the date to have been specified in the Date From part on Reports form. Moreover, the second table right below the main one provides detailed information on the tasks, dates and hours that the selected employees committed to finish their work on every project of every client that each of the employees happened to work with during the specified week.

Here is how to make Detailed report:
- Log in as administrator;
- On ATR Web's main form click on Reports command in the command bar. Reports form appears
- In Report Type list select "Detailed";
- In Locations part select the check boxes of the cities where the employees that you want to include in the report are located;
- In Date From part select the starting date (i.e. month, year and date) of the reference period;
- In Persons part put check marks against the employees that you want to include in the report;
- Click on Make Report button to make Detailed report (or click on Reset button to return to the original settings on the Reports form). The Detailed report appears.
Separate Report for Each Employees Please, note that a separate window of the Detailed Weekly report opens for each selected employee. Thus, there will be as many Detailed Weekly reports as many employees have been check-marked in the Users part on Reports form.
