What is "Show disabled"?

Sometimes it is necessary to disable some records, information which should not be deleted, for example to be able to retrieve this data in reports, etc. Instead of deleting the record, you can disable it. The disabled records will not be show in the record listing, but if these records should be show, the check box "Show Disabled" can be checked, which exists on almost all forms. For example, on the reports setting form, if you check "Show Disabled" checkbox, all disabled records will show in the listings.

All disabled records are shown in light gray color.
